(phone E.164, parish names, business-name cleaning), then put through the blocking
and merge pipeline. When a record matches an existing canonical entity above the
0.92 confidence threshold, it is auto-merged and attributed via
source_attribution. Below 0.92 and above 0.70 it enters the review
queue. The GOJEP — Government Procurement Suppliers source carries a confidence weight of
0.80 in this scoring.
